Are but a few different names for sugar on labels. So its a minefield when shopping sugar fee products. Hidden everywhere.
WHAT WRONG WITH SUGAR?
Good question!
If you have any health condition the first thing is to look at sugar consumption. Its more addictive than cocain and your body will go into cold turkey when you stop consuming it. 3 days in and you will feel like you are coming down with cold and your body will start to detox. You may go to the toilet more. But then days 5-7 and your energy levels start to raise and you feel on top of the world and wonder why you never did it before.
If you are low in energy or have any health conditions particularly cancer or just want to regain your vitality back. Then stop sugar. Sugar has been proven to feed cancer cells, bacteria and parasites.
My children were small at the time and were just happy to eat what was on the table I noticed a difference in them too. Less colds and virus"s.but then they became teenagers and just want to eat junk, however they do balance it when they feel tired or low they will go back to eating clean.
Research for yourself it has many benefits and there are lots of sugar fee recipe sites, including deserts.
It takes 28 days to break a habit so it will also take that time for your taste buds to change.
